We know cornichons well. Because we combine them with our delicious vinegar and our expertise, and make delicious pickles from them to best suit to the quality offered by Kemal Kükrer.
If we are to conduct a survey, we are sure that pickled cornichons would be selected as the most popular, even if by a small difference. If the best quality cornichons are used and the resulting pickles are crunchy and tasty, then an average adult might eat a whole jar on his own.
Pickled cornichons, i.e. small cucumbers, can be eaten separately. But they are also the surprise ingredient of many other dishes. Nobody would say no to pickled cornichons in toasts, salads, appetizers, pastas etc.
Rich in many vitamins including especially vitamin K, these pickles take a special place on our tables especially on winter months. Their absence would be easily recognized but they cannot be easily replaced with any other taste.
